ROTATIONAL SQUAT Ready to get strong and bendy? The rotational squat is a super effective exercise for building: - Strength - Mobility - Balance. The KEY is to rotate from the hip of the leg that is planted. Step back and outside of your midline (center of your body)- rotate from your glute/ hip joint.
